Lyon Ingénierie Projets



Lyon Ingénierie Projets (Third Party) is a subsidiary of Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, created in 1991 in order to support the university researchers with their collaborations and projects.

Lyon Ingénierie Projets is dedicated to the engineering of innovative research and training projects. LIP has extended experience in project preparation and in project management. 


Javier Olaiz (President)

Javier Olaiz holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics and has more than fifteen years of experience in research valorization and has been involved in the setting up of numerous research projects at national, European and international level. Since 2008, he is the President of Lyon Ingénierie Projets, and acts as a Senior Consultant for specific large projects requiring extensive experience of the national and international funding tools.

Marta Esteban (Senior Project Manager)

Marta Esteban, joined the European Management service of Lyon Ingénierie Projets in 2005 and has been the project manager of several FP6 and FP7 large research projects. Marta holds an MBA from Universitat de Barcelona (Spain) and has been in charge of the management of European research projects for the last ten years.
